FAQ protección de datos

What is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

This is a new EU regulation that aims to strengthen individual data protection rights by changing the way companies and public institutions both in and outside of the EU collect and process personal data as well as the legitimate bases for doing it.

How am I affected by this?

In general terms our services will not change. But you are free to give and/or withdraw your consent from within the app itself to us to process your data in order to analyse the behaviour and provide the best marketing offers possible.

We will only use account data such as games played, stakes made, wins/losses etc. which is essential for us to know in order to offer you the best tailor-made promotions possible.

What will change if I don’t accept this?

We will not be able to analyse your play behaviour. We will also not be able to include you in the promotions that are personalised for you, which include but are not limited in the following:

Will you give my personal details to third parties?

Your data shall be shared within our Group, meaning our parent and some sister companies in order to provide the services. In addition some data shall be shared with third party companies that offer specialised marketing tools.

Can I still get newsletters, even if I don’t give my consent for customised marketing offers?

Yes, you will continue to receive information about new games and exciting features. You will also be able to take part in generic promotions and offers that are available to everyone.

Can I accept now, and opt out at a later date?

You have the right to opt out at any time. In that case, your data will no longer be analysed to offer you customised promotions. You also have the possibility to opt in again and give us permission to use your data at a later date. Should you choose to give or withdraw the consent again, please expect at least a 24-hour processing period.
